The primary impacts from the thunderstorms will be lightning. Temperatures: Heat indices this afternoon will be in the low to mid 100s over much of South Florida. Days two through seven. Monday through saturday. Maximum afternoon heat index readings of 100-105 degrees will continue over most of South Florida into mid-week.
