This podcast contains the presentations and discussions of the Fourth Paris Spring Corporate Finance Conference on May 31 / July 1st, 2011, organized by HEC Paris, Université Paris-Dauphine in Paris at the headquarters of the French Banking Federation. The conference was sponsored by FBF, the French Banking Federation, following the successful three previous editions and co-sponsored by the Review of Financial Studies under its dual review system. All video clips are full-length, with about 25 min. per paper presentation, and 20 min. for discussion, response and plenary debate. The keynote presented by David Scharfstein, from the Harvard Business School was titled "Dollar Funding and the Lending Behavior of Global Banks". The conference included 13 papers, chosen from over 300 submissions, on a variety of topics in corporate finance.
