By now hopefully you have been meditating with the audio tracks from this website for a while. Hopefully you have noticed yourself becoming more contented and calm. Hopefully you have noticed that people around you are become calmer and happier. These audio tracks have reminded you to return your attention to what ever you are focusing on when your mind wanders off.Now, if you are ready, it's time to start becoming your own meditation coach. Try setting a timer and meditating without an audio track. Decide what you want to concentrate on: your breathing, the sound of the birds in your garden, the feeling of your feet being grounded to the ground or the feeling of space all around you. Just keep your attention where you want it to be. If you notice you've lost your way a little and are thinking about work, or the argument you had with your partner last night, just let those thoughts go and return your attention back to where you wanted it to be. Even if you start having wonderful thoughts or feelings, be disciplined and return your attention to your breathing or what ever your focus was.  If you want to next meditation you can choose to focus on those pleasant feelingsEven if you spend most of your meditation thinking instead of being, it will still be much better than what you could have done a month ago. Keep at it.Let this be your practice. Let this be your discipline. You are taking charge of your mind. You are taking charge of your life.Download audio image image imageimage
