We're trying something a little different this week. What if you had to make a movie based entirely on the title of a game you knew nothing about? Sega's 1998 (sorta) hit game Tech Romancer is this week's victim, and you won't believe the kind of story we come up with. I’m of the opinion that Hollywood and big movie corporations tend to not understand video games very well, and as a result, the movies they make based off these games tend to be pretty terrible. Anyone remember the 1993 super Mario bros movie?I wanted to challenge this idea and show people that games can be incredible experiences both to play and to watch, so I recruited the nerdiest guys and gals I could find, and each week we have about an hour to try and turn your favorite childhood games into equally awesome films.
