In this series, we take a deep dive into generations. We will be talking about Gen X, Gen Y, Boomers, Millennials, Gen Z, or whatever terms you use. We will have honest discussions not only about our differences, but also about our similarities. As we understand each other better, we will hopefully come to recognize each others’ values, expectations, and aspirations.
