In this episode, I interviewed bikini body builder, Yamiley Gedeon. As a 6x Overall Bikini winner and Southern States Champion, you can clearly hear the wisdom that can only come from hard work, experience, and die hard dedication. Yamiley has been one of my fave female fitspo since we met back in 2017, so when she agreed to hop this call with me, I was PUMPED! (pun intended!)
