Kyrha Lever Ruff, a recent MBA graduate from Columbia Business School (Class of 2023), has focused her studies on entrepreneurship, venture capital, and investing. After earning a psychology degree from Amherst College, Kyrha embarked on a career in film and television production, working with renowned companies such as Scott Rudin Productions, Tribeca Film Festival, and Imagine Entertainment. Her passion for creative storytelling has fueled her belief that it can expand people's perspectives, create opportunity, and increase economic freedom and social mobility for others.Transitioning her career to the world of venture capital, Kyrha currently serves as an Investor Associate and Community Manager at Plural VC, a Washington, D.C. based community of legal, policy, and regulatory experts investing in early-stage fintech and blockchain startups. In addition, she is a venture fellow at Will Ventures, a seed-stage fund that invests in consumer, healthcare, and media-related companies with a sports-leaning focus. Kyrha has also gained experience as an MBA Intern at Marcy Venture Partners, a CPG & culture-focused firm.Kyrha's interest in financial education led her to co-found Of All Trades, a company that produces educational content on investing and personal finance. As she prepares to graduate from Columbia Business School, Kyrha continues to contribute to the world of venture capital, startups, and creative content production.
