This is an interview with Dr. Rick M.D. certified board family physician.  He was happy to allow me to interview him on the topic of circadian rhythm to get better sleep.  If you are constantly fighting to keep your eyes open or wondering why you can't get to sleep or just wondering how you wake up and still feel tired then please listen and get some insight how this information may help you get better long term sleep.  Everyone has their own way of getting sleep so I hope you find your way and create what Dr. Rick calls a good Sleep Hygiene.  Good night everyone!
