The Grounded.Life podcast has arrived!   

This is something I have wanted to create for such a long time and feel there is no better time to be having more embodied conversations and sharpening that tool of self-awareness, listening and learning and of course getting to speak with some yummy people about interesting topics.  These conversations are in support of remembering who we are and how we can step more fully into our living potential.  

This is a platform that advocates the freedom of speech, opinion, and conscious communication, with the commitment to share authentic and credible information
