In what seems to be a relentless exercise because of health concerns, elections and economic uncertainty, many metro areas experienced a noticeable drop in property sales.

I had honor of interviewing Karthik Manimozhi, CEO at RentMoola - North America's leading online rent payment platform. He shared insights on how their platform impacts property management, landlords and tenants to revolutionized rental transactions.
