In this episode, I share a pandemic struggle related to parenting. I talked about using mindfulness to increase self-awareness about worries and stress relief. During my personal struggle, I realized I needed to let go of trying to control things. Mindfully dealing with my struggles helped me see my emotional vulnerability and how I need to be more kind myself.
