RATING
Weird premise. Good hosting. Slightly intrusive investigating. Overall a good listen.
This was such a fun listen. I grew up seeing Richard Simmons in infomercials and enjoyed learning more about his life even in his seclusion. Def worth your time! Nice binge on a trip!
Dan takes an investigative look into what happened on February 15th 2014. What caused this man that changed so many lives to change his. Why he dropped not just the career he built but also his closest friends. Where he went? Who is he still talking to?- Podcast Junkie
I have never wanted to throat punch a host of a podcast until this show. This guy took stalking to an all-new low in hopes to emotionally blackmail a celebrity whom he felt owed something to his fans. I listened to the entire thing, so I’m not really sure what that says about me.
A really interesting set of stories about a very weird moment in the history of time
I love each of Headlong's seasons.
Well written and produced but definitely feels invasive toward Simmons in a way that made it feel uncomfortable to listen to at times.
A pleasant surprise. Taberski is great, generally.
One of my favorite podcasts!
surprisingly interesting. seems like it's run its full course already
Interested premise. At first I thought the host was being a bit invasive, but by the end I was totally hooked. I liked how it ended, but I would like to hear an update or two in the future.
I loved this podcast. It was part memoir, part love letter, part missing person investigation. I too hope Richard Simmons is okay.
This was kind of a weird one. I enjoyed the first couple of episodes, and then it didn't really go anywhere. I'd still recommend it for a background listen while cleaning the house etc., especially if you're interested in pop culture or psychology.
Was intrigued about the hype around this and gave the first episode a listen, became totally hooked. Incredibly interesting and well worth a listen.
