In this episode I ramble my thoughts on sleep. Whilst we may think that we are getting enough is it good quality sleep? What constitutes a good nights sleep and what lifestyle choices are contributing to poor sleep quality? A prolonged period of poor sleep can affect your performance but also contribute to the onset of serious health issues. What can we do to maximise our sleep?
