We discuss how Negative thoughts and limiting beliefs are not only collected from the people around us but also generationally, where trauma and unconstructive mindsets create destructive paradigms which trap us and how it’s important to break these and create a different generation in order to move the world forward in a new way.

We look at how the world has been supporting the narrative that we must work for money rather than happiness or fulfilment and satisfaction. We are often influenced by external authorities that tell us that we need superficical things in order to validate ourselves and be happy, and we all agreed that it’s better to seek abundance rather than wealth, as it’s more enriching on every level.

We all supported the idea of being able to go within and connect to self and source in order to find lasting peace and happiness
