The following podcast may

1:03

contain strong language and is

1:05

intended for mature audiences. Listener

1:08

discretion is advised.

1:12

Sweet dreams are made

1:14

of these.

1:18

Twenty four hour news days Brady Gillum went

1:20

to Sturgis tonight to speak with the missing

1:22

woman's mother about

1:23

what may have happened to her daughter.

1:27

I can

1:27

tell you where she most likely is.

1:31

I hadn't

1:31

seen anybody that I felt comfortable saying

1:33

anything too until

1:36

today. The stories they

1:38

tell are pretty they're pretty freaking

1:40

gruesome.

1:42

I kept all the text messages,

1:44

Facebook mess just since the messages

1:46

between me and Britney, I have all of them.

1:50

I have everything.

1:52

I told my son, I killed all of them motherfuckers,

1:55

and I was gonna have my people fucking

1:57

take care of them.

1:59

I'll just say for you, staying out of nowhere, just to

2:01

see what somebody says. Is this

2:04

little town around here to be hard to hike

2:06

something like that? because eventually everything

2:08

turns out. To

2:11

me, some knees, I don't believe anything happened to

2:13

where I think she does love.

2:16

This is Hytenc, season

2:19

three. I'm your host, James

2:21

Baysinger.

2:27

Hey,

2:30

guys.

2:32

Sarah and I heard you loud and clear.

2:35

We understand the audio in the last episode

2:37

was difficult to understand. Many

2:40

of these interviews are raw, and while

2:42

I do my best with the audio, Sometimes

2:44

there's only so much that can be done. We

2:47

make the choice to include the original audio

2:49

because we feel it's important for listeners

2:52

to hear information straight from the

2:54

source rather than having it

2:56

repeated.

2:58

Today,

2:59

we'll do a deep dive full recap of

3:01

Jessica's and Valerie's interviews hitting

3:03

on all the highlights you may have missed.

3:07

Thanks for your patience. Now,

3:10

let's move on to the episode.

3:15

Last week, you heard

3:17

from Jessica. Jessica met

3:19

me at a coffee shop, but we sat down

3:21

to discuss more about Britney and how

3:23

things have been since my last visit. And

3:27

Jessica tells me Britney had some

3:29

money in her account. She

3:31

says, even though she bounced around from job

3:33

to job, she always worked.

3:36

And Jessica says, she thinks pocket

3:38

is telling the truth. When he

3:41

told me that, he felt Ashley was

3:43

jealous because she thought he and Britney

3:45

were sleeping together. She

3:47

also tells me that pocket told her,

3:50

that the night before she went missing, Britney

3:53

called him balling. He

3:55

says Britney was with Ashley and Eric,

3:58

and begged him to come pick her up.

4:01

At which point, Ashley took the phone from her

4:03

and said, she'll be

4:05

fine. Jessica

4:08

tells me this story came straight from pocket.

4:11

She also says this incident was

4:14

a repeat of an incident that happened two weeks

4:16

prior. This

4:18

story poses a couple of issues for us.

4:22

First, We know that pocket was taken

4:24

into custody on November twenty ninth,

4:26

so the date wouldn't work in this scenario unless

4:29

it took place prior to pocket being

4:31

picked up. Not probable.

4:35

Second, if

4:36

this incident was a repeat and

4:38

had happened two weeks prior as well.

4:41

Why would Britney put herself in the same situation?

4:45

Jessica says Britney had divorce papers

4:47

ready to fill out for years. but

4:49

she didn't do it.

4:51

Why?

4:52

Jessica thinks Britney liked the title.

4:55

She says Britney wasn't the type that would live

4:57

by herself she needed someone

4:59

to help her out. Between

5:01

everything Britney and Eric had been through

5:03

together and the kids, Jessica

5:06

fell as though, Eric was a security blanket

5:08

for Britney. We

5:10

discussed Jessica turning in Britney's

5:12

notebooks to the sheriff's department the night

5:15

she retrieved them from Sheldon. After

5:18

sitting at the sheriff's department for two hours

5:20

to make sure that the notebooks went to the right

5:22

person, Jessica asked Eric

5:24

to meet her on her way back through. He

5:28

arrives with Ashley. Eric

5:31

is the only one to exit the vehicle and

5:33

approach Jessica's car window. He

5:36

tells her that Britney and he

5:38

had been working on things. He

5:41

repeats to her more than once,

5:43

according to her. She

5:46

tells me he seems out of it, strung

5:48

out. Ashley never approaches

5:51

just that night. They

5:53

don't share with Jessica the passwords for

5:55

Britney's accounts they got the night before. Why

5:58

not? Ashley accused

6:00

Jessica and her boyfriend Brandon, AKA,

6:03

of threatening her, as well as

6:06

accessing Britney's Facebook account. Jessica

6:09

addresses both of these accusations and

6:11

says, her and Loco do their best

6:14

to stay away from Ashley, and his adamant

6:16

and she has never accessed or

6:18

attempted to access Britney's account because

6:21

she was confident that the police would be

6:23

able to locate her once they had the

6:25

notebooks.

6:29

Jessica goes on to tell me that a couple years

6:31

prior, she had printed out divorce papers

6:34

for Britney at her request, but

6:36

Britney had never taken the initiative to fill

6:38

them out and file them. However,

6:42

Just prior to November thirtieth, Britney

6:45

finally filled out the paperwork and

6:47

to be clear, she didn't file

6:50

it. but she had

6:52

it filled out. I

6:54

bring up cage and Sheldon to Jessica. Why

6:58

wouldn't Eric be upset about Britney filling

7:00

out in divorce paperwork? when Eric

7:02

was aware that she was dating and moving in

7:04

with Sheldon and had previously dated

7:06

cage.

7:09

On the other side of the coin, why

7:11

would Britney be upset that Eric was seeing

7:13

Ashley if she was

7:16

dating and living with another man? Is

7:19

this a woman code issue? Was

7:21

she upset that Ashley was

7:23

now with her husband? Jessica

7:26

says Britney and Kay's broke up, and

7:28

Kay's moves to Florida, but still

7:30

pays her phone bill from Florida. Brenda

7:33

tells Jessica that Britney had

7:35

been very attentive to Zach b.

7:38

Brenda believes this is who Britney

7:41

ultimately wanted to be with. She

7:44

says Britney was sending care packages

7:46

and forking out money to take care

7:48

of him. Next,

7:51

I asked Jessica about Kim. If

7:54

you recall, I had been attempting to get

7:56

in touch with her to meet up prior to her meeting

7:58

with Jessica Jessica tells

8:00

me that Kim and JJF

8:03

have a child together. I

8:05

was unaware of that at this point. She

8:07

also says, valerie and camera

8:10

friends, but that relationship

8:12

is now non existent. We

8:15

move on to addressing the voice mess just left

8:17

for Jessica on the night Britney disappeared. Jessica

8:20

tells me she addresses this with Ashley

8:23

and invites her to contact Branch Can

8:25

me to inquire about the police report she filed

8:27

against Leonard, the man who left

8:29

those voice messages. At

8:32

felt like this was a good time to wrap up the interview

8:34

with Jessica and get moving. Since

8:37

I still hadn't heard from Kim, we

8:39

head over to Valerie's house.

8:49

Valerie's interview began with a few simple

8:51

questions. How

8:53

did you get involved with the case and

8:55

did you ever meet Britney? Valerie

8:58

says she doesn't want to say exactly how

9:00

she got involved,

9:02

but what

9:03

she does say is that she picked a

9:05

part the ring video of the gas theft.

9:07

And says her son was in care of

9:10

the same foster home that Britney's children

9:12

were in. She says

9:14

she met Britney once, but

9:16

wasn't aware it was her until much later

9:18

when she spoke with Jessica. Valerie

9:21

says she didn't really know any of the people

9:23

involved until Britney disappeared. She

9:26

tells me that her and her boyfriend, Chad,

9:28

went to a pooling, This

9:31

is where they met Ashley. Ashley

9:33

shared with Valerie her theories and

9:35

thoughts on Britney's case, and

9:37

they became friends Eventually

9:41

Ashley ends up moving in with Valerie and

9:43

Chad. Valerie says

9:45

Ashley lived with them about a month

9:48

When Chegg interrupts to say, Ashley got herself

9:50

into trouble and had to go, Chegg

9:53

is open about having concerns with Ashley

9:55

living with them. He said

9:57

she was barking up the wrong tree, making

9:59

accusations about a lot of people. She

10:02

had explained that he told Ashley

10:04

she had to be careful doing that because

10:07

she'd get herself in trouble. Valerie

10:10

says Ashley had over two hundred names

10:12

social security numbers, birth dates,

10:14

and other personal information. This

10:17

was obviously concerning for Valerie and Chad.

10:20

I asked Valerie about Eric S, She

10:23

says, he's been to her home to help

10:25

her identify phone numbers and other

10:27

information. She

10:29

said he was helpful and she had

10:31

no issues with him. She

10:34

relays to me a theory of Eric's.

10:36

His theory at that time

10:39

centered around a place he called the black

10:42

hole. This is a portion of a

10:44

river where Eric says that depth

10:46

goes from relatively shallow to very

10:48

deep. he says twenty

10:50

feet. He says

10:52

that's where he believed Britney's remains would be

10:55

found. I'm unsure of why

10:57

or how he came up with this theory, other

10:59

than a friend of his told him about this.

11:02

Valerie continues on and tells me that Ashley

11:05

had shared Eric's Google account with her.

11:07

So this means Ashley has now shared his

11:09

Google account with Valerie, Jim

11:12

Rockford, the PI. Jessica,

11:15

and myself. Our discussion

11:17

rolls around to a screenshot of what

11:19

appears to be several days of transactions

11:22

from Britney's bank account. I

11:24

skim over the dates. I

11:26

see a few transactions before she disappears.

11:30

I see a transaction on December second

11:33

for twenty dollars at

11:35

the Marathon gas station near Walmart and

11:37

Sturgis and one for ten ninety

11:39

nine on December sixteenth

11:41

for Netflix. Valerie

11:43

says this charge for Netflix was

11:46

an initial charge for starting the account.

11:48

but I don't see that information. I

11:51

see a charge that appears to be a

11:53

reoccurring monthly charge for the subscription.

11:56

Now, the gas charge. That

11:59

one interests me. Was

12:01

this purchase made on December second?

12:04

Or did it just post? on Sunday,

12:07

December second. Lastly,

12:10

I addressed cages accusations with Valerie.

12:13

I tell her cage told me that Britney's

12:15

phone and debit card were at her house.

12:18

Valerie seemed surprised at this. She

12:21

says, this is the first time she's ever heard

12:23

this. Valerie repeats

12:25

this to chat. His reaction is

12:27

also surprise, and

12:29

they both agree. The

12:31

phone and the debit card are not at their house.

12:35

I wrap up my visit with Val and Chat.

12:38

I check my phone. And since there's

12:40

still no word from Kim, I can't

12:42

waste any more time. I

12:44

move on with my next plan. I

12:47

send text off to a woman came or set

12:49

me up with. It's time.

12:53

Kristen answers me that she's prepared

12:55

to meet tonight. We're

12:58

headed back to drop Jessica off at the coffee

13:00

shop where she left her car earlier when

13:03

my phone rings. Look.

13:06

This is.

13:11

Oh, god. Good. How are you doing, Mike?

13:15

I got a minute.

13:20

They

13:20

had sent an email out

13:22

this morning to your I

13:24

can't remember her name. I'm sorry about that, Joe?

13:26

How about Yes. Yes. About

13:29

the the weather window -- Yeah. -- I know

13:31

you're here in Michigan now. She

13:34

said you're gonna be at the site in Whitevision

13:37

between one and one thirty tomorrow or

13:40

around there. Is that right? we're gonna yeah. I was

13:42

actually gonna check with you. I just

13:44

got done with interview. Does

13:47

a little bit later work with your schedule

13:49

at all? It

13:53

it does. But as we get towards

13:55

five, six o'clock, that's where we have problems with

13:57

weather. Okay. We're supposed to start raining.

13:59

Okay. So

13:59

here's the earlier the better. Okay.

14:04

Does

14:07

three o'clock poor?

14:10

I I think there'll be enough time. Yeah. Okay.

14:12

I think we can make that work. Okay. Let's

14:14

do a three o'clock walk tomorrow? Did

14:16

she give you the address? Yeah.

14:19

I have the address from the -- Okay. --

14:21

for lease liability. Yep. one? Yep.

14:23

Is that the same one? Okay. Okay.

14:26

Sounds good. And it's not a very big area issue

14:28

she was talking about. Right? No. haven't got

14:30

any specifics foot. The

14:32

property owners will be there so they can kinda

14:34

give us exact landmarks or, like, where the house is

14:36

at and the, you know -- Okay. -- the

14:38

sketch the house and whatnot. And so

14:41

there's just the house and then there was

14:43

one section I was gonna have the property owner take

14:45

me out of it. It's kinda south of the property.

14:49

But, yeah, it's it's not a large house area

14:51

that which is what we're focusing on. Okay.

14:53

Okay.

14:55

Sounds good. I'll keep in

14:57

mind or just keep an eye I'll keep an eye on the

14:59

hourly forecast tomorrow. I will. If anything

15:01

changes, I'll let you know or we'll let's touch

15:04

base. But -- Yeah. -- we'll find out being there at

15:06

three o'clock and ready to go. I appreciate

15:08

you. Okay. Sounds good. Thanks,

15:10

James. Thank you. later. Bye bye. I heard

15:12

you. Bye bye. Oh,

15:16

alright.

15:16

So I need to figure out air.

15:19

You might wanna push for two out there because whole

15:22

sample area. What?

15:23

Two. Two up.

15:25

Two o'clock. Well, the prop when I'm when

15:27

I'm figuring right now is my conversation Ashley,

15:29

if there's a polygraph test and then you coming over afterwards

15:31

and then never being a polygraph test. So I'm

15:35

trying to make sure I can get it

15:37

there and then be at the white pendant

15:39

or redone house house is at by

15:42

three. So starting at a

15:45

I might need to just jump into it with Ashley

15:47

and then figure

15:48

out how you can get her to

15:52

take

15:52

the test. she's willing to take the test,

15:55

then

15:55

if I get transferred time, then I'm just gonna

15:57

get to the parking lot and say, hey, I I need I need

15:59

to do this so I

15:59

can clear the name. Otherwise,

16:02

I intend to continue my suspicion. I need it. Like,

16:04

I'm having Jessica do it. I'll say if you tell her

16:06

that I'm doing it, she she That's part of my point.

16:08

Yeah. You what do you what would you say Jessica

16:10

wore to tape it. And she was like,

16:14

great. I I thought it'd be great. Not the not the missing

16:16

report, but I would it would mean something. and

16:18

she's going to. What if we

16:20

are you willing to take it? That's

16:23

what I'm gonna ask to answer as well.

16:25

Yeah. Except, bringing me in,

16:27

you know, you me on that one. She's she'll definitely

16:29

take it. I mean, I I would think that I think

16:31

she thinks she's smarter than -- Mhmm. -- you know,

16:33

anyway. So yeah. Go to

16:35

your thing and Yeah. Just give me

16:37

some information. Yeah. Tomorrow tomorrow,

16:41

if

16:42

you could be ready

16:44

like because he's gonna get there at ten

16:46

thirty tomorrow. III have I have vehicle.

16:49

She's she's let me I she's gonna I

16:51

can I'm running it today and tomorrow.

16:53

That's what she's gonna be so far. So

16:55

if you wanted

16:56

to shoot me

16:56

the address I'm gonna send you it right

16:58

now.

16:58

Where you time do you want me to

17:00

be there? This

17:03

is where it's gonna have you I'm gonna have you be

17:05

somewhat unstained by because

17:07

if as she says, no, I'm not doing

17:09

it, and she bolts. And I'm gonna call you

17:11

right now. If she's doing it, I'll let you know, hey, it's

17:14

gonna be in about another hour and a half.

17:16

Be ready to have around this time. And you said she's gonna

17:18

be there eight. Right? Mhmm. Okay. Alright. Mhmm.

17:21

Alright. Cool.

17:24

Okay. Yeah. Perfect.

17:27

Be

17:28

on standby and let you know how tonight goes. I

17:30

want to give you a call just ten minutes. Plans

17:32

are set.

17:35

Ashley will arrive around eight AM.

17:38

The polygriffer will arrive at ten thirty AM.

17:42

This will give me two and a half hours to

17:44

go over some things with Ashley, and

17:47

let her know that Jessica is fully prepared

17:49

to take a polygraph. I'm

17:51

hoping this news will motivate Ashley

17:53

enough to agree to do the

17:55

same.

17:57

Later tomorrow, I'll meet Mike at Don Hill's

17:59

property. You

18:02

heard him though. Nothing

18:04

is solid until we get there. See

18:07

the property, engage the weather.

18:29

I never thought I'd be helping to create

18:31

a podcast. It just wasn't

18:33

anything I ever really considered because

18:35

it seemed to be complicated. That

18:38

is until James

18:38

taught me how to use Anchor by Spotify.

18:41

He's

18:41

been teaching me all about it. What I've

18:43

learned is that it's the easiest way to

18:45

make a podcast with everything you

18:47

need all in one place. They even

18:50

have tools that allow you to record and

18:52

edit your podcast right from your phone

19:17

From

19:18

this point on, the recounting

19:20

of a sexual assault incident will be heard.

19:23

If you're sensitive to this topic, please

19:25

fast forward the rest of this episode.

19:27

We

19:33

meet Kristen Endale at a local restaurant,

19:36

wings, etcetera. I

19:38

choose a table in the corner, away

19:41

from as many people as possible, not

19:44

just for the noise factor, but

19:47

because I didn't want Chris and feel like she was

19:49

on display while sharing her story. Not

19:52

long after we arrived, Kristen

19:54

and Dale are walking to wors us.

19:57

Dale is heavily tattooed. He

19:59

has a shaved head and he looks like

20:01

someone who isn't easily intimidated.

20:05

Kristen has a few facial piercings.

20:08

She seems a little anxious, but

20:10

I expected that. This

20:12

can't be easy for her. I

20:15

immediately noticed that Dale seems closed

20:17

off. His body

20:20

language is telling me it might be challenging

20:22

to get him to open up. I can

20:24

understand how this may be difficult for Dale

20:26

to hear Kristen discuss the events of that night.

20:29

Okay. So here's I

20:31

I'll tell you what I'll do. So

20:33

I'll I'll tell you everything I know. I'm here to find the

20:35

truth. Right. I'll tell you and if it means it's hard

20:37

questions, I'll tell you what I think. You're right. We

20:40

can go to this one. comfortable place that we have to

20:42

have this conversation. Right? And that means all of

20:44

that also clears names too.

20:46

I'm fully aware. that what

20:48

we're about to talk about is a sensitive

20:51

topic. I make sure that Christian

20:53

has no reservations. I

20:55

ask Kristen one more time if she's

20:57

sure she wants to go on record. Yes.

21:00

And if that's

21:01

something between us privately, we wanna

21:03

take off that freeway. I can shut it down. We can have

21:05

hours as you ride it with, if you want, in

21:07

respect to move move. If that's true. That's fine.

21:11

III decided in the beginning of this that

21:13

if sucky if it is. Like, I

21:16

mean, if it is

21:17

connected to it, then it's not disgusting.

21:20

So, I mean, if

21:21

I don't there might be something I say or

21:23

something I, you know, whatever that's gonna help

21:25

the whole situation. So I'd rather do that

21:27

than just leave it

21:29

like it is.

21:32

Kristen, made a conscious decision

21:34

to speak out about her experience. She

21:36

refuses to be silent. Kirsten

21:39

is well aware, If this happened

21:41

to her, it certainly could have happened

21:43

to Britney.

21:45

She's made a choice to take

21:47

a stand. She's made made choice

21:50

to speak out.

21:53

Before we move into Kristen's interview, let's

21:55

take a look at Carl Kelly. He

21:58

heard Zach Kiner share what

21:59

he's heard about the activity that was happening

22:02

at Karl's house. He

22:04

says he heard more than six women had been

22:06

raped there. As

22:08

for Carl Kelly's house, Ashley

22:11

shared with the PI Jim Rockford. I

22:14

had the pleasure of an encounter with a woman

22:16

who escaped the rape house. And before

22:19

the car door shut, I

22:21

heard her say to my friend. her

22:24

one girl was raked to death, at

22:26

least I didn't get as bad as her.

22:31

If these stories accurate, what

22:34

the fuck is going on in that house, and

22:36

why wasn't anything done about it?

22:42

I loved Carl. Years

22:44

ago, I I he was my favorite person

22:46

to hang out with because even though he was gay, That

22:49

was the best part, really, because he was

22:51

like a friend. You know, there was no other

22:53

stuff. You know what I'm saying? He legit we

22:55

could hang out with you and he I mean, he was on

22:57

for what I was on for. So

23:00

it made

23:00

it a lot easier, but I loved him to death. And

23:02

then

23:02

he went to prison for seven years.

23:04

And I back

23:05

him and I loved his death.

23:09

And Carl used to supposedly

23:12

take

23:12

girls I'm

23:15

around here, I guess, but wanted

23:16

to go to basically

23:18

the Mexican house. Okay? It

23:21

was like

23:24

a house that a bunch of the the migrant

23:27

workers

23:27

they like during the summertime. It's a serious

23:29

thing right here. Yeah. I

23:32

gotta a message on Facebook and it was girl.

23:35

And,

23:35

like, it didn't even look like him. I

23:37

just texted all his neck and, you know, it'd

23:39

be It was not him. So

23:42

he changed. I don't know why or

23:44

what happened. I do know that I

23:46

feel like he has something to do with with

23:49

me

23:49

because everyone's like, you can't just

23:51

blame him because he

23:51

ride his house. I'm like, I don't.

23:54

I don't at all. Okay? But

23:56

what I do is I I'm I'm met

23:58

at the two girls that were there with

23:59

me because

24:01

when asked in the morning, how

24:03

did I get in there? Like, what how

24:06

did that come about?

24:07

you just give me the dumbest book ever

24:09

and, like,

24:09

you like, you're not gonna tell me, like,

24:12

how you were sitting right here? How

24:14

could you not tell me what what what happened?

24:16

Who?

24:16

anybody went in there with me or anything. You

24:18

know what I mean? And nobody would say anything.

24:21

So then there was two guys there that were really upset

24:23

about the whole situation because I'm, like, now

24:25

loud and obnoxious and being a

24:27

total jerk.

24:28

And this

24:29

brandy kid is, like, nervous

24:31

is all gonna and

24:32

he's, like, running back and forth in the house.

24:35

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We're

24:37

you said you guys go close to ten thirty. Right?

24:39

Yeah. So what time is kitchen calls? Like

24:42

I said before, the setting isn't

24:44

always optimal, but this is the

24:46

life of a podcaster when in Sturgis,

24:48

Michigan. I make sure the waiter

24:50

knows we'll be talking for a bed. And

24:52

when we're ready for him, I'll flag him down.

24:56

When when is this happening? What time of the year?

24:58

What year this morning. Okay. This

25:00

is, like, a

25:02

month literally before Praveen.

25:05

Oh, we're twenty eighteen. So then we're in later

25:07

October or October? Yep. Literally, like,

25:09

I'm I think it's a month or, like yeah. I

25:11

think it's on, like, almost a month before before Friday.

25:13

Maybe three weeks. Carl Kelly is the house that

25:15

you're going to -- Mhmm. -- in this place that you regularly visit?

25:19

Well, no. Because Carl had just gotten out

25:21

of prison. for seven years?

25:23

Right. And he got his apartment,

25:25

and he'd only been out for, like,

25:28

maybe month and two. I've been over

25:30

there quite a few times. I've never

25:32

stayed the night, but then when

25:34

when

25:34

my boyfriend kicked me out when

25:37

he kicked me out at the time. I didn't know where

25:39

it goes until the night, so Carl, you know, tells

25:41

me to come over there. So that's what I did. And

25:43

so yeah. And he he

25:45

wasn't even there. at the time. Okay? Mhmm.

25:48

So now back in the day, they should say that

25:50

Carl used to take girls from around here and

25:52

take them to the Mexican house and basically,

25:55

they would they would sleep do the thing, sleep with

25:57

him, get paid, whatever problem. I don't even know what

25:59

they don't

25:59

do. But anyways, And

26:02

basically, he fed up to gave these girls

26:05

drugs or, I don't know, money,

26:07

I'm sure, some of it. So

26:09

that's kinda what I where

26:12

when this came into play that it, like,

26:14

made my heart skip a beat because

26:16

I was told later on that supposedly,

26:20

there was a theory that Carl was

26:24

back in business and that but

26:27

instead of willing participants

26:28

it

26:30

that he was

26:32

basically, like okay. So

26:34

you guys are

26:35

all sitting down to eat, you

26:37

were himself, Carl Hain. Like, I really

26:39

wanna

26:39

sleep with so and so blah blah blah blah

26:41

blah. And basically

26:43

then it makes you willingly

26:46

go. See? And

26:49

I'm healing my son my heart sank. I

26:51

thought, oh my god. No. because

26:55

I did have something to drink. I I had a cherry

26:57

Pepsi. It's one announcer. did

27:00

I keep it right next to me? No. I didn't think

27:02

I had to. Did I you know

27:04

what mean? So I I was playing over my head,

27:06

like, how this I lost, like, fourteen

27:08

hours of my life.

27:09

Okay? I didn't pee for thirteen,

27:11

fourteen hours. I didn't wake up. I didn't you

27:13

wake up in middle of the night and toss and turn because

27:15

you're uncomfortable because they're hot, because anything.

27:18

Nothing. literally. Where are you

27:20

at when you make that?

27:21

In the closet. I'm laying down.

27:23

There's a pillow. There's a blanket. My

27:27

pants are my jeans are

27:30

pulled off

27:30

of me,

27:31

but they're my feet are still in them.

27:33

So if that makes sense, That's

27:35

what makes me untangled up. I can't I can't

27:37

grab.

27:37

I can't figure it out. And so that's

27:39

where I start looking. And then and then I realized

27:41

this

27:44

weird kid is next to me that me and him have already

27:46

had words because he was taking pictures of

27:48

me when I didn't know about it. This is

27:50

him. Brandon. So

27:56

he's a little creeped, and

27:57

he is way younger than me.

27:59

And

27:59

before you

28:02

had the cherry drink, you didn't have

28:04

to worry about your drink really at all. Right?

28:06

Being over there? Were you drinking alcohol

28:08

at all? Were you smoking? Were you taking anything?

28:10

I mean, I'm yeah, we we had done we had done meth

28:12

because we've been high, all of us had. Who's

28:15

all there actually? Who's president? It's Erin

28:17

and I don't

28:19

know her name. I could try to find out for you

28:22

way younger than

28:23

me. She's, like, in her twenties or whatever.

28:25

And, like, I

28:27

remember part of a a little bit

28:29

before I'm sitting on I'm leaning

28:31

on this bed, which is

28:32

taller. Like, this tall is this table over

28:34

here. Mhmm. And I'm

28:36

I'm

28:37

basically leaning on it like on my stomach

28:39

and beared flat on the floor. I was

28:41

talking to Erin, and that's the last thing I remember.

28:43

Okay? Fourteen

28:44

hours later, I wake up and I'm in a closet.

28:47

When I'm tripping, like, random

28:49

scrambling around to get away from me.

28:51

And I'm sure it wasn't very nice. And

28:54

he looked like a deer caught in the headlights, really.

28:57

Okay? And because not

28:59

only did I not

29:01

remember, and that's what was bothering me, but

29:03

I heard it made it perfectly clear to him. To

29:06

Carl, to anybody that was there that day, like,

29:08

he's a creep. He's taking pictures of me when I

29:11

don't even know it. Like, I don't want anyone

29:13

around me.

29:13

you know, I When was he taking pictures of him?

29:15

Like, probably two or three days before

29:17

that? this incident. Uh-huh. Okay.

29:18

And he basically, he'd left his phone in my

29:21

car. I found it when

29:23

I picked up the phone, the light turned

29:24

on, and I was the

29:26

front screen. The watch screen?

29:29

Yes.

29:31

You don't even know me like that. Listen,

29:33

I picked it up under underneath my

29:35

my seat. Okay?

29:35

And I picked it up like this, and as I'm

29:37

grabbing it, I'm trying to grab that one and my phone my

29:40

hand and I push the button or shake it or whatever

29:42

the hell gotta do. And it the white

29:44

comes on and it's it's Jeremy.

29:46

I'm from Facebook and I'm, like, Oh,

29:49

no. So immediately, I look.

29:51

Of course, it's not locked. I'm not So I

29:53

go look at the gallery, like, I know. I don't

29:55

know. You don't just have Sure. Like, I don't know.

29:58

when I'm telling Nora, he's weird to me. It's

29:59

because part of me, I think he knows he's

30:02

taking he's doing something. k? Because

30:04

he's like, I don't know. He's like hiding,

30:06

but he acts like he acted like

30:08

he was like don't

30:10

know. I was trying to flirt

30:11

poorly, but but and

30:13

I was just ignoring it. because I'd already

30:15

spoken to

30:16

my I don't want anything to do with it.

30:18

And then I

30:20

pick up this phone and it's got a picture of me

30:22

from Facebook, and I'm like, Oh,

30:24

that's creepy. So I slide it out

30:26

there and I go to the gallery and there's

30:28

like twenty pictures

30:31

of me from Facebook. And

30:33

then the mother I don't even know how

30:35

many were, like, he's sitting over there.

30:37

I'm sitting over talking to you. So he's

30:39

got a picture of where I'm, like, my mouth open

30:41

because I'm not trying to take pictures.

30:42

You know what I mean? Yes. And

30:44

I'm like, oh my god. That's

30:46

why he freaked me out so bad because I knew that

30:48

somehow. Yeah. So I I go out there and,

30:50

like, right in front of him, and this was couple

30:52

days prior. And I'm, like, sure. But I'm, like,

30:54

listen, you need to you need to handle this because

30:57

already made my mistake. And if you want me to handle

30:59

it, he's nobody's gonna like it. So

31:01

Carl's like, I got it. I got it. I got it. So they go

31:03

out and talk. I don't know what was that. I don't really care.

31:05

And he pretty much stays out of my way for

31:07

the next couple of days

31:08

as far as I know. Then,

31:11

like I said, I I went to I guess, apparently,

31:13

I went in there and went to sleep. Nobody

31:16

can tell me who went in there with me. Nobody can

31:18

tell me if I went by myself. Nobody

31:20

can tell me.

31:20

They told you that you went to sleep and where

31:22

did they tell you sleep.

31:23

Well, nobody. Really?

31:26

I woke up in the bedroom. In the

31:28

in the closet, and I woke up obviously.

31:30

Yeah. But I don't out there. Basically,

31:32

what it is is my I had leggings, jeans,

31:34

and and underwear on. Mhmm. Now

31:37

I know as well as everybody else knows, it's not easy

31:39

to address another person. Right. They

31:41

seem like they were trying to. Oh, yeah. Because

31:43

my underwear were, like, underneath

31:46

my butt cheeks, but they were up. Okay?

31:48

Does that make sense? My

31:50

leggings were up

31:52

but not like where they feel like

31:54

perfect. You know what I mean? And

31:57

my jeans were pulled

31:59

inside

31:59

out, but my feet were still in

32:02

them. and

32:03

that's how I woke up. Okay? So basically,

32:05

they had pulled my underwear and my

32:08

my leggings up at the same time. Yeah.

32:10

And and and just call it good. Yeah.

32:14

I'm not sure why then we, like, jeans

32:16

like that, but whatever. I'm, like, what

32:18

time is it? Like, what we if I figure out what

32:20

time it is. And I'm like, wait minute.

32:23

You were waiting for Carlisle. It was was

32:25

like ten thirty, eleven

32:27

five. Maybe I'm like, okay. And

32:30

it's, like, one, two o'clock in the

32:32

afternoon. I haven't moved.

32:34

Well,

32:34

now when I'm freaking out, I everybody now

32:36

realizes

32:37

their way all waking up because I'm hollering

32:39

and yelling and whatever.

32:41

Now what happened? What happened? So I'm

32:43

I'm scared to yelling, you know, whatever. I'm

32:45

like, this is how I woke up, and I'm like, why

32:47

am I messed up? So they're

32:50

both Right. Now he's out

32:53

in the other room as far as I

32:54

know. Okay.

32:55

I'm in the I'm in the bedroom now with these

32:57

guys, and I'm telling him what's going on. And

32:59

he be lined right out into the the,

33:01

like, living room or or dining room or whatever. And

33:04

I don't know what

33:04

he was doing because I was not there, but

33:06

I assume getting on stuff around. The

33:08

reason that Maybe so. My heart

33:11

syncs a lot, Carl, is

33:12

because I felt like at the time

33:15

that

33:15

he wasn't upset at all. No.

33:18

It's you're my friend and this happened

33:20

to you and my father, I'm gonna be

33:22

a hysterical. And if the person's

33:24

at my house, I'm gonna stop them

33:26

from weaving. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. And

33:29

I felt like he

33:30

he just knocked him out the back door,

33:32

basically.

33:33

Because the two guys,

33:35

where is he? Let's, you know, let's I didn't

33:37

you know, they were like, no. I don't know what they're gonna do,

33:39

but I'm assuming nothing nice. But they

33:42

go on to the dining room and Carl's like,

33:44

oh, he he just left. You

33:46

know what I mean? I said, why

33:48

would you like me? Did you did you not hear what I just

33:50

said to you? And he's like, Chris, and I think

33:52

maybe you're just overreacting. No. Look, I'm not

33:54

overreacting. Like, I went on to bed. I would even

33:56

go to bed. I was on the bedtime and darrin.

33:59

Yeah.

33:59

And here we are. Like,

34:02

no. And I was like like, well, maybe

34:04

nothing happened. Then okay. So then people

34:06

just took my pants off and arranged them funny for

34:08

fun. Well, I have I have a question. You

34:11

could tell.

34:12

Five hours after this happened, six

34:14

hours, I'm, like, you know, like,

34:17

I don't even know. Like a day. Like, I mean, I'm

34:19

I'm walking I'm I'm going everybody else is

34:21

going. I think we went over to, like, the Maple

34:24

Towers, and I think we walked over I

34:26

don't know somewhere else. And I don't even remember because

34:28

I was, like, I remember people

34:30

have asked me, like, are you okay? Like, are you are you gonna talk?

34:33

Are you gonna I'm, like, yeah. Yeah. I'm okay. I

34:35

was running through my head, like, trying

34:37

to get myself to remember something, and I couldn't

34:39

remember anything. And that scared me more than,

34:42

you know what I mean? And then I was like, maybe I don't wanna

34:44

know. Because people say, like, I'm too

34:47

easy and open with it, but I

34:50

don't know what happened. I don't remember. That's

34:52

the helpful part. I I

34:54

know what happened because I'm not

34:56

dumb, and I know I know what I

34:58

know, but I don't remember anything.

35:01

Yeah. So it's kinda like win

35:03

win.

35:03

Yeah. I know. I

35:05

know it's gonna happen. It's the best way to what

35:07

happens because but I I spent I don't

35:09

know. Then, like, the next five or six hours,

35:11

like, literally, back in my brain, like, trying

35:13

to think. And then I'm like, wait a

35:15

minute. So I'm like, Carl, when did you get there?

35:19

Kristen shares with me the name of

35:21

the person she believes is responsible for

35:24

her sexual assault.

35:26

She tells me his name is Brandon. She

35:28

continues on to tell me about the night she

35:30

was assaulted. She

35:32

was at Karl's house. She'd

35:35

been to his several times. but

35:38

had never stayed the night before. According

35:40

to her, she

35:41

had a twenty ounce Pepsi, but didn't

35:43

keep a close eye on it. Again, she'd

35:46

been here before and had no reason to

35:48

think she needed to protect her beverage.

35:52

Days

35:52

before this incident, Kristen

35:54

says she felt weirded out by Brandon. When

35:56

Kristen and a group of people are hanging out

35:58

at Karl's house, she noticed directing

36:01

unwanted attention at her. Later

36:04

on the same night, Kristen notices

36:07

Brandon's lock screen on his phone is

36:09

a picture of her. she

36:11

advises Carl that he handle

36:13

it. Carl speaks

36:15

with Brandon. Brandon distances

36:17

himself from Kristen for a couple

36:19

of days. The night

36:21

of the incident, Kristen's last recollections

36:24

is leaning on the bed with her stomach

36:26

against the mattress. Fourteen

36:29

hours later, she wakes up

36:32

next to Brandon in a closet. As

36:34

it looks, she says, is like a deer caught

36:37

in headlights. It's

36:39

at this point, Christian begins to

36:41

realize the state she's in and sees

36:43

her clothes in dismay.

36:46

Brandon quickly exits the closet. Kirsten

36:49

explains what happened to two men

36:51

who enter the room. They look

36:53

for Brandon. but by this time he's

36:55

already left. Kristen

36:58

doesn't remember the incident.

37:01

She says This is both

37:03

the scariest part and a blessing

37:05

in disguise.

37:08

Because Kristen doesn't recall the incident,

37:11

I

37:11

asked her what she's heard about the night this happened.

37:16

Okay. So at first, III

37:19

got I got told

37:21

that without coral being involved,

37:23

that it was I

37:25

don't know. I think it was less and

37:28

a couple other people, which I don't know where

37:29

he was left there the next morning. He was there.

37:32

Okay. k. So who told you

37:34

it was nice? So

37:34

not not that he not that he did it.

37:37

But the supposedly he's like the ringleader of

37:39

this little it's supposedly the

37:41

the what I what I was told and I know Brandon

37:43

woke up there. Okay. was told that wasn't

37:45

to be touched. wasn't supposedly,

37:47

that was the thing. I'm like, I wasn't to be touched.

37:50

Like

37:50

What is that like group who put that album?

37:53

Supposedly, Wes Markers the one that

37:54

said I wasn't to be touched. Right. That's

37:57

front protection. Where's braining that today?

37:59

There we go.

38:01

This is the weird part. As after after

38:03

this pearl, I feel Carl sneaks him

38:05

out the door. He's not upset

38:07

and he's not he's not sleeping until

38:09

he's out in there.

38:09

Right. And then he's like he he's not upset and he's

38:11

like more or less saying, oh, maybe I overacted. Maybe

38:14

I you know, I made like, making excuses

38:16

on my side. you're convinced. I I don't

38:18

remember fourteen hours of my life. Like, don't

38:21

that's not overreacting, but okay.

38:23

even even if Les said,

38:25

hey, you're in touch with me. Do

38:27

you feel that the brain is infatuation with

38:30

you?

38:31

He was willing to across that

38:33

line and safe. Yeah. Corals

38:35

and fasuation with Brandon. What? Corals

38:39

and Fasciences.

38:41

So everybody there That's the first person

38:44

I told. Yeah. because

38:45

Yeah. Because I picked him up

38:47

567

38:48

o'clock in the afternoon or

38:50

evening Zach wanted

38:52

to ride, and I said, I don't have a blood, a gas in my car.

38:54

He said, no blood gas in it. So I went and picked him

38:56

up, and we went to Speedway. And

38:58

and like I said, we

38:59

we we went to school for a long time

39:01

later. And he's like, hey,

39:03

what's wrong with you?

39:05

And I was like, I'm good. And he's

39:07

like, you

39:07

know something's wrong? Is that person's wrong? Are

39:09

you alright? And I couldn't

39:11

even I couldn't even tell him without Boeing.

39:13

And he's like, are you serious?

39:16

He's like, listen. You gotta

39:18

you gotta tell somebody and I'm like,

39:20

who? Tell them what? I don't remember

39:22

anything. You know? Like, that was

39:23

the hardest part of that because

39:26

everybody can tell me, you should go tell, oh, who

39:28

am I gonna go tell?

39:29

Okay. So what's gonna happen? So

39:32

I'm gonna go to the police. I'm gonna tell them

39:34

that this is how I woke up and this is what it

39:36

was and everything I'm telling you

39:38

and then he's gonna

39:40

say, okay. So how do you know? But

39:43

then I I was trying to remember, like,

39:45

anything. I was trying to remember waking up

39:47

or rolling over or how I got to the bedroom

39:50

or you know, the last thing that

39:52

I've seen, last thing I I remember, and

39:55

and I couldn't come up with anything. And I think that was

39:57

freaking me out even more because we've

39:59

never lost

39:59

And if I've ever lost time, it was twenty minutes

40:02

or or I got sidetracked, you know, or something.

40:04

You never if I lost sports, you know, was in my life.

40:06

So there's two girls there that are there.

40:09

Have

40:09

you ever confronted us? Well,

40:11

I did want when I when I woke up because they were

40:14

both there. They didn't

40:16

well, Aaron did say she said, I don't know.

40:18

I don't know how you got in there. And I said, how

40:20

you know she? I I said, how what do you mean you don't

40:22

know? And, yes, you were here. You were sitting in this

40:25

room with me. the last thing I remember and she said,

40:27

Kristen, she said, I I

40:29

left. Apparently, she was

40:32

and she went to go meet Eric or

40:34

who? Her little boyfriend or whatever the she

40:36

fights within, whatever. How did she get the

40:38

turn? Hershey. Oh, I bought it. I said

40:40

get the gas station. Yeah.

40:41

But what I'm trying to figure out is this,

40:43

is what was the cause? We all

40:46

okay. We when we all did math, we all smoked it

40:48

together. So if I would've been messed

40:50

up, everybody would've been messed up. You know what mean?

40:53

But Carl and and and

40:56

and Herman

40:56

were gone.

40:58

by this time. So

41:01

there was there was quite a few people that coated on

41:03

it, you know what I'm saying? But like

41:05

I said, I didn't keep it with me or watches,

41:07

so I didn't, you know, I mean, who knows?

41:09

You know? I mean, it was just sitting on the on the table

41:11

and in the living room and we're up a

41:14

more roundhouse. So, I mean, and

41:16

I never thought I had to worry about that before.

41:18

You leave Zach's, like,

41:20

what's to do? I feel something's off. III

41:23

well, I leave when I go with Zach, he

41:25

basically knows something's wrong with me.

41:27

I was just driving or I tell

41:29

him I tell him what's wrong. And he that

41:32

he seats to tell me that there's, like,

41:34

six hundred

41:36

percent of girls. He

41:39

said he told me, I think, at

41:41

one point,

41:42

we'll see it was one of them

41:44

and me and whether

41:47

it did it really happen to her or whether

41:49

it's another spin off or whether

41:50

don't have audio. Okay.

41:53

Because there's a whole lot of stuff with her too because

41:56

I don't know. It was

41:56

all mixed in with the Chuck Allen thing and

41:59

Do you know

41:59

Chuck Allen? Yep. Yeah. Do

42:02

you talk to him still? I mean, if

42:04

I see him in passing, you know what I mean? Mhmm.

42:07

I mean, he's not something I hang out with. He never had.

42:09

mean, I made him in jail.

42:11

I made him in jail. Okay. I

42:13

think that's all that's all that's all fabricated

42:15

though. Yeah. I I talked to him

42:18

once we texted a couple of her one

42:20

night. But do you know what's weird? Mhmm. Like,

42:23

the week that this happened to

42:24

me? the first time

42:27

I'd seen Chuck Allen

42:27

and I don't even know how long

42:30

he was at car. Oh, he

42:32

was. Did you see that's her in the car? Yeah.

42:34

I know it's her fault. In

42:37

Walker. In Sheldon's fault.

42:40

In

42:40

what? In Sheldon's fault. shows.

42:42

Is there any other channels?

42:44

No. You've seen the video? Yeah. Yeah. seen

42:47

it. And I I don't want, like, here's the thing.

42:49

I don't wanna hear any more about how he was

42:51

edited this fabricated I don't have

42:53

it. Is this? Was that listen. It's a ring camera.

42:55

It's a footage of someone stealing gas. There's

42:57

two there's two of them. Two of them. Two

43:01

of them. Press the Press the

43:03

same as that one. I know he has one, and I was told

43:05

we're attack.

43:08

Chuck's name makes its way into the conversation.

43:11

You can tell by my reaction that I've had

43:13

just about enough of the conspiracy theories

43:15

about this video. The

43:18

outlandish perpetuance that the video

43:21

was heavily edited, that

43:23

law enforcement had the wrong vehicle,

43:27

or that Ashley is actually the figure in

43:29

the video. as a waste of

43:31

our time, and I don't want to keep being

43:33

dragged down to say rabbit holes. We

43:36

feel strongly that law enforcement follow

43:38

procedure and made

43:40

sure that they had the correct vehicle based

43:42

on the VIN and registration.

43:45

Dale begins to explained to me that not long

43:48

after Britney disappeared, I actually

43:50

contacted him. I find

43:52

myself putting pieces together right on the spot.

43:54

I

43:56

can't quite figure out how these pieces fit together.

43:59

But something

43:59

about this story feels

44:02

like it could be relevant. Actually,

44:05

I hit me up on my Facebook talking

44:07

about she didn't say I don't know. I still have

44:09

the messages. I can find basically, and saying

44:11

that she's not a school friend. She's

44:14

in jail. A lot of you know what she's talking

44:16

about is that another. It's

44:18

So I'm like, alright. And

44:21

we are talking to the phone for a while. I'm

44:23

kind of in a stuck situation now. I want to know when

44:25

you're at a time because I my my mom, you

44:27

know, it's kind of a situation. Well,

44:30

she's like, I'm a competitor. You

44:32

know, you know, she's an alpha nine. Would you

44:34

ever die? I'm actually. I was crying.

44:36

She goes down there, and then she goes there. John Foximal

44:39

drive down there. Take a Foximal drive

44:41

down there. JJ

44:43

and her take me to all this training because

44:45

of the Scotts Scotts the corner of the road.

44:48

How long have you known that so far? Yes.

44:52

two thousand and eighteen? You

44:54

remember the year of the birthday anniversary? Yeah.

44:58

because yeah. That's what you were saying with one you let

45:00

me I was

45:02

supposed to do the same with her her

45:04

wife. Thank you very much. with Ashley. Yeah. We

45:06

were very good for, like, about about six weeks.

45:08

Right? believe you just stated because

45:11

If you read their text messages Who's theirs?

45:14

He's national just Yeah. Yeah. Very

45:16

to you. I have a blank. When did that happen?

45:19

I need his advice. You

45:22

I had not had your own rashmas in

45:24

twenty eighteen, and you were also

45:27

watching Ashley's dog. Right? because

45:29

he brought Ashley's dog.

45:31

What did you say to Ashley? Eighteen.

45:34

It was eighteen. It was eighteen, but what? Like,

45:36

Like, wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. This

45:39

is what? Yeah. From her husband, I had the snow

45:41

snowman on her every business. Okay. Yeah. But they came in March

45:43

and May. Yeah. They they back

45:45

and went to jail November twenty ninth

45:48

twenty eighth of October. Were

45:50

you with Ashley after that? Yes.

45:55

winds. Maybe maybe

45:57

it was January. I would say it, sir. I gotta

45:59

know specifically,

45:59

and I'm telling you why this is important

46:02

to me because when you went to Ashdesk,

46:04

when did you start going and did you see Eric

46:06

there? Eric. Shape.

46:09

No.

46:10

So when did you start going? Right after

46:12

all that. He has call. What? Right

46:14

after Eric Shade was around there. But

46:16

you you've seen Ashley before that? No. She hit

46:18

me up. I'm a I saw your ass. She totally hit me up out

46:20

of the blue. Out of this guy, Yeah.

46:23

Sean, let's just

46:25

be frank. Okay. Let's just be frank. Okay. Let's just be frank. You know,

46:27

how they have us post on Facebook where I okay.

46:29

Everybody, it's tax season. So get your job yourself

46:31

a girlfriend or a boyfriend or whatever because

46:33

you got one place to sleep in the wintertime. I

46:36

mean, that's basically what they're relationship wise.

46:38

Yeah. I mean, to him, you can

46:40

tell. You can tell in in everything he said. Yeah.

46:42

Yeah. Yeah.

46:43

I'm I'm more I'm more over

46:45

some good dates. Were you at those

46:48

apartments construction gas station, Rich?

46:50

Yes. Well, at the end of the Which College Manor.

46:52

College Manor since you were you were

46:54

hanging out there? or were she down there with

46:56

her mind? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I

46:59

mean, whether it was you guys talking, kinda

47:01

getting into that point? Like, well, no. I'm

47:08

eighty eight. Take a look at that real quick.

47:14

Excuse myself to use the restroom. And

47:17

when I return Dale

47:19

has his conversations with Ashley pulled up.

47:22

He hands me his phone. James,

47:25

so you don't know me. But

47:27

I I played a guy messaging you guys a

47:29

backfire in my face and landed right in

47:31

my grave. I know you in my

47:33

whatever he is right now.

47:35

Curtis Powell, our each other's favorite person.

47:38

So he's gonna judge him by all. You

47:41

you know my neighbor at King Leary Crossing.

47:43

I keep all of my as I remember. I

47:46

know they Remember, our picture sort

47:49

of things happen. Eventually, my life or so.

47:52

So you so this is in twenty eighteen. This

47:54

is the first exercised of January twenty nineteen.

47:56

Okay. January twenty nineteen. somewhere right there.

47:59

Very

47:59

light. That's that's where it started.

48:06

There doesn't seem to be anything of interest,

48:09

and I hand dialed his phone back. I

48:11

thank them for meeting with me. I

48:14

thank Kristen for

48:16

being so candid and open.

48:19

I appreciate her sharing and I

48:21

leave with the hope that she's able

48:23

to continue to heal from this experience.

48:27

I

48:28

turned my attention to Ashley. She's

48:31

supposed to meet me tomorrow. but

48:34

she tells me she's concerned with my intentions

48:37

and tells me I'm running off rumors and

48:39

chasing stories. rather

48:42

than getting to the bottom of things.

48:45

She wants to know what

48:47

she's supposed to think about me and what

48:49

I'm doing.

48:52

Rumors and stories.

48:56

Should I take this statement as an admission

48:59

that what you've supplied me with

49:01

is nothing more than

49:03

rumors and stories? Because

49:07

you know Ashley, most of

49:09

what I've been chasing

49:12

is shit that came directly from you.

49:16

Confirm

49:16

a manipulator about what they did

49:18

wrong, and

49:21

watch them make it about you.

49:57

Next

50:01

time, unhide and

50:03

see. If

50:06

mama don't come for the Polycom test, I kinda

50:08

gives you your answer.

50:19

video. Just Like,

50:21

I need to hear from you, man. Like, this is not gonna look

50:23

good. I've been I hope that you're sitting

50:25

out there, like, you're physically fine, but I need

50:27

it. It's not all good.

50:35

This

50:35

one in touch base, it looks like there's a forty

50:37

percent chance it's gonna be ringing. down there at three

50:39

o'clock.

50:43

She's the one who's been, like, get up

50:45

here so I can do the damn thing.

50:49

You

50:50

know what you've said to me all the time is that

50:53

there are people after you or there are people coming from

50:55

you in your your your your safety's integrity. and

50:57

how no one's there for you and I'm fucking

50:59

trying to be there for you as a friend.

51:06

And you're buying from than me. They're just done.

51:08

Just done. No. No. No. No. No. No. Okay. But but

51:10

let me explain my whole process. What

51:13

I just did was put it on fuck record

51:16

that you and you, her boyfriend, is

51:18

that any of that true? Because if anything

51:20

happens, that's where it's at.

51:23

I

51:25

have a relationship with them. See, when you have this

51:27

positive relationship, you can get further

51:29

by saying, don't fucking do that.

51:34

Has no one's protected me to this whole

51:37

thing? Well then, what do you say to? I I'm the

51:39

first person that's protected you. Yeah.

51:50

It's not supposed to go. Alright.
