This episode's guest is Men's Self Development Coach helping men achieve their masculine potential Sim Vandaele. Sim helps men optimize their lives by changing their physiology and state. His own journey of self-development puts him in a position to guide and lead others through their journey backed with 11 years of experience.

He started out as a PT but came to many walls with his clients and realized you can do a lot with movement, but it lead him to the realization he was used to treating people in a fragmented way.  Sim believes nature dictates we are multidimensional organisms, and in this sense exist out of many dimensions. Symbiosis is required in addressing all those dimensions. His evolved men's coaching approach prioritizes symbiosis in addressing all these dimensions. Sim  integrates nutrition, sleep, movement, psychology (mental health/trauma/stress) physiology (breath-work, organ, and biofeedback optimization) to help men achieve their highest masculine potential.
