In today’s episode, we have Ryan Astheimer. Ryan is on a path to enlightenment and bringing a whole community of people with him. He is a spiritual life coach, a moderator for Eckhart Tolles Facebook page and he also created a Facebook group called “A path to enlightenment” where he creates online courses and works one on one with people to help them get through this journey we call life.  

Listen while we discuss spirituality far and wide. We talk about pain bodies, Ego, and Acceptance. All things that have to do with coming to acceptance with what is in your life. Make sure you watch out and pay attention to that pesky little voice in your head. Ryan explains to us and even gives us some examples of things that he’s had to overcome himself so that you know you’re not the only one struggling. Ryan talks about how you can pay attention to that voice and how you can drown it out to live in the present moment right now.
