We’ve gone back to back with fellow podcast hosts! And some great content based chat ensues! Of course its only natural that Matt picks Steven’s brains about combat sports as well, and the two talk: programming combat sports training for one to two sessions a week, monitoring the fatigue of combat sports athletes and how to program accordingly, and exposing athletes to more stress in a controlled environment so that they can handle the demands of a sport in a different way.
