What's my League, I am deciding to continue with my previous podcast episodes. When I was younger I was always overweight and constantly collected food pyramids when I visited the doctor (not by choice lol)
Over the past two years I started exercising and learning a lot more about nutrition and I believe everybody has the capability to be in their best shape, have confidence, and overall have a higher quality of life.
