The Challenge
Have something to look forward to.
If you're married, if you've got kids, if you're married and have kids and have kids and kids and kids, you still need an hour or more, of course, but at least some way to have an hour to yourself to do the thing you like. To go to a spa, to get a massage, to go for a walk, to listen to music, whatever it is, find a way to get that into your life.
Have something to be grateful for.
What is the reason you do what you do?

So besides doing the challenge, tell us about your wins of putting aside some time for yourself, what you did during that time. How did it feel being able to look forward to that time and how/if that changed things. We'd love to hear about it.
Steven:Ā So share your wins with us people. Have a great week, take care of your mental health, take care of your physical health.
KB: Have something to look forward to.
