I had bigger plans for this week's episode, but due to unforeseen mental health struggles those plans will have to wait! 

I talk about those plans, as well as what kept them from taking place, and what to expect in the future! 

I made sure to do our affirmations, as well as proud and grateful talk. I also managed to ramble a whole lot about what's been going on with me outside of the struggles. 

I really love you all so much, glad to have some sort of episode for you. And this episode was meant to be even shorter, but true-to-form I just couldn't stop talking!
