IconicoXchange is hosted by long-time activist and advocate, Luis Avila, who has founded multiple organizations that are focused on creating positive change for communities of color. Season one consists of a series of conversations with change-makers from across the country working in a multitude of spaces from education, immigrant rights, labor unions, to elections. We explore why they were moved to become leaders themselves, how they approach their work, and the lessons learned they want to pass along to the newest generations of leadership that are being born out of the chaos that is 2020.
