Kate has an incredible ability to create compelling discussions with anyone about any topic. It's a rare skill, and it's a joy to hear the organic flow of conversation with each of her guests. No matter who you are or what you like, there's an episode for you to enjoy here!
Ignorance Was BlissThanks, friends! It definitely is a mixed bag, which is an accurate reflection of the noise in my head most days...
Honestly this is a really neat podcast. It started as a true crime podcast, and it still shows it's roots sometimes, but Kate has totally transformed the show into something much bigger and greater. Each episode is an interview and they're with people from all walks of life. From relatively established podcasters, writers, etc. to fairly unheard of everyday people Kate met. I fully believe that if I somehow could, I would read every memoir of every person in the world, because every person has a story, and it is unique and fascinating in different ways. This show is probably the closest I'm going to get to that.
Kate's unique work experience adds a really remarkable take on the true crime world.
