I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 29. It was at a time in my life when I wasn’t interested in learning more about my diagnosis and I just took the meds and moved on with my life. I’ve been on and off the meds throughout my life and haven’t really given it much thought. Until recently.

The rabbit hold of TikTok has led me to some revelations about my ADHD and how it’s affected my life, my business, my relationships and just how I function. I wanted to record an episode with my take-aways so far.
