TiffanyVaughn is a mental health advocate from a small town outside of Calgary,Alberta, Canada. She has experienced her own mental health struggles and usesher podcast and coaching to help others dealing with similar issues.
TiffanyVaughn was struggling with her mental health while trying to balance work,school, and family life. After 5 years of fertility treatments, she and herhusband were blessed with a daughter, and 5 years later, twin boys. All of thechildren were later diagnosed with ADHD. Tiffany found solace in therapy andeventually started her podcast, Hard Beautiful Journey, to help other peoplegoing through similar struggles. Her book, which is about generational traumaand her relationship with her brother, who passed away from an overdose, iscurrently in the works. She offers advice to those with children with ADHD, topay attention to their behavior and seek help if needed.
