Hello! It’s the Knife Lady! Some of you also know me as Michelle, but most people call me the Knife Lady. Almost everyone is happy when I arrive with a fresh, professionally sharpened set of knives.Now that I’ve been working for Hub for six years, I decided to kick it up a notch and launch this Podcast, with a Blog. Through Hub, I’ve met so many wonderful people, but I rarely have time to chat them up as much as I’d like. This is my opportunity to sit down and ask some of the questions I’ve wanted to ask, and share with anyone who would also love to know more about the people behind their favorite restaurants. And not just restaurants. I’ve met people who cook for hundreds of students at a time, chefs who operate food trucks, caterers, private chefs, and more.I will ask them to share their favorite Go To Potluck or Party recipes and stories about what they do when they’re not working hard.
