She shares her journey with finding food freedom and why her story is the reason she is so passionate about what she does. We discuss why disordered eating and food fear is usually not about the food itself but something much deeper, and how you can begin to uncover the root of your issues with food to heal them and get to a place of peace and freedom with food and your body.
