In this weeks episode of the Full Disclosure Fitness Podcast I discuss some pretty controversial topics. Why are they controversial? Well because too many people deeply associate how much they eat with their self worth.

That is a pity, because only by learning the truth and taking action –  separating food intake from ego – can amazing things can take place. For example, obese people (I’m formerly obese myself) can lose pounds and pounds of unwanted fat. Out of shape people can start making time for workouts every week.

If we do not take responsibility for our own fitness habits we cannot change. Nobody can make this journey to fitness & health except us. It’s important to realize we are all fallible, and that we all make mistakes…but it’s equally important that we must take action to fix them. That takes courage beyond measure, but it truly is the only way. Only by looking at the change as a good thing – as an opportunity, can we win the battle.

In this episode I reveal the truth about metabolism – the truth about “the friend who eats anything they want and never gains weight”, and much more.

More specifically, in this Episode you’ll find out:

  • How much the metabolism between two given people really differs.
  • How much gaining muscle tissue really speeds the metabolism.
  • Why overweight people have an easier time losing fat.
  • The main cause of “yo-yo” dieting.
  • Why you should eat as many calories as you can while losing weight.
  • Why “more” is not “better”.
  • A simple herb that can have tremendous healing effects.
  • And much more!
