Having been a victim of domestic abuse and North Yorkshire Police doing absolutely nothing about it I’m exposing the truth. Everything I state will have evidence to confirm it for e.g emails, as I know the powers that be and my abuser will again try to silence me. I realised there was no support from anybody once the police decided not to act. They can act with almost certain impunity and so can the CPS. Even with the numerous stories of police corruption within so many forces and some forces even going into special measures, the courts favour the police. If a police officer is a witness, you stand little chance against them even when you have indisputable evidence, this biased opinion by judges have to change. A statement by a police officer compared to a member of the public should be viewed no more favourably just because they are an officer. I have found for the majority of people Thereis no justice unless you are wealthy. Lawyers charge astronomical amounts and this is if they are willing to take your case on. Any chance of it being high risk and you’ve no chance. If you try to be a Litigant in Person, because of how outdated the court system is you risk having to pay the other sides cost if you lose. The law is not about whether you are telling the truth or if you are a victim of the most heinous crime, the law is about which lawyer tells the best story and who believes them, with their silly legal arguments bargaining over which evidence can or can’t be admitted so they have a better chance of fooling the jury down to verbal abusing and name calling of victims in a bid to get them to break down, the judicial system is not fit for purpose. I cannot stand by whilst my abuser not only walks free but spreads vicious lies about me, encouraging the simple people of my home time to abuse me and my family, even people I have never met before. These two people one who unbelievably manages a health business called Total Wellbeing ! Thankfully recieved a police caution, but only because the verbal attack lasted so long I managed to walk off get an iPad and record their repulsive behaviour. So incensed had my abuser had managed to make this woman that I had never met before she failed to notice I was recording her has she spewed out her abuse from her vile tongue and is seen on the video footage trying to encourage others to join in. The stupidity of these idiots is so great they fail to see how they are also victims of my abuser themselves, stupid enough to get involved with something they now nothing about, listening to one side of the story forming their biased opinion and attacking. Too thick to realise it is now them with the criminal conviction and having to deal with decent peoples disgust towards them whilst the abuser and instigator walks away criminal conviction free and unscathed. This goes in part to show how he is walking free and running a family campsite now. Throughout my podcasts I will be telling the truth about what happened and how victims are failed by our appalling judicial system. I justice system that’s the envy of the world, do me a favour it’s diabolical!
