Since its inception in September 2014, Julien Dionne Show (originally The Julien Dionne Comedy Hour Podcast) has undergone numerous dynamic iterations, each reflecting the evolving vision and voice of its creator and host, comedian Julien Dionne.

What began as a one-on-one interview-style comedy podcast—featuring comedians, musicians, artists, entrepreneurs, and anyone with a story worth telling—quickly gained a loyal following. Complete with a stream-of-consciousness monologue to kick things off, pre-written comedy bits, and fan-favorite recurring segments like “Are You Mariah or Yoko?”, “Baby Jeffrey”, and many more, the show carved out a unique corner of the podcasting world.

When the world shut down in 2020, the show ramped up—pivoting to a daily live-streaming format, broadcasting seven days a week in the early months of the pandemic. With this shift came a rebrand to The Julien Dionne Show with Jen Grant to better reflect its broadened scope. Co-hosted by comedian Jen Grant, the show embraced a wider range of topics, humor, and engaging banter.

As the world reopened, the podcast settled into a twice-weekly rhythm, still filled with its signature wit, insights, and creative segments. The show was invited to the 2023 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, a popular fan-favorite for two sold-out live shows, further cementing its reputation in the comedy world.

Now in its latest evolution, Julien Dionne Show broadcasts from the host’s dream studio at a top-secret location—delivering a vibrant mix of solo episodes, captivating interviews, original comedy segments, and unpredictable stream-of-consciousness riffs. With its signature blend of humor, heart, and creative spontaneity, the show continues to push boundaries and surprise listeners at every turn.
