But what restaurant owners are dealing with in the aftermath of the destructive lockdowns, is not as well-known in the community.

Busalacchi joined KUSI's Mark Mathis to detail the hardships he and almost every other restaurant owner is dealing with from staffing shortages resulting from continued unemployment benefits, workers not even showing up when they are hired, and the exhausting effort of continuing the provide their customers with a great experience as they battle to keep prices low.
