In 2013, a series of tragic events, includingthe loss of her father and sister, coupled with a severe bout of postpartum depression, sent her life spiraling. The turning point came in 2014, with a failed suicide attempt. Stacey then dedicated herself to a profound process of self-healing through intensive therapy and deep spiritual introspection.

This journey ignited her passion for helping others find their own paths to mental wellness, and she embarked on a mission to educate communities on mental health. As the Founder and CEO of Stacey D. Brown Coaching and Consulting, she empowers leaders and organizations to enhance productivity and connectivity by implementing proven wellness strategies and fostering continuous growth.
