On this week’s Leading from Your Core Podcast and Vodcast, Obi Abuchi interviews Kimberlee Harrison.

Kimberlee is the CHRO for Group Functions at Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL), which includes leading the

overall functional strategy and delivery across 200 countries with 26,000 employees in a complex hosting

environment.

A global HR leader and strategic business partner, Kimberlee holds a degree in Business Administration

from the University of San Diego and has over 30 years of international HR experience along with

building, leading and motivating teams. In addition to HR, she has profound expertise across diverse

sectors: Logistics and Supply Chain, Internet Consulting, Non-profit, and Banking.

She is also a member of the DPDHL HR Board, the Finance Board, and the Global Business Services

Divisional Board and with HR as her passion, she considers diversity and inclusion in all levels of

business management an essential component of a company’s organizational health.

Kimberlee is based in Bonn, Germany, married with two children – ages 29 and 27 years old and enjoys

sailing during her free time with her husband.
