In this episode, Dawn Baker talks with Chrissy Guidry about waking up to her true priorities and expanding her work-life balance to include things that bring her more joy. Chrissy is a trauma and critical care surgeon who calls herself a "hybrid" academic and private practice physician. She has a role in physician wellness at Tulane University, and she works as a locum tenens surgeon at community hospitals in the area. Chrissy's new passion is her community Whole Body Optimism, dedicated to healthcare professionals who would like to optimize their mind, body, and soul through clean living practices.
