Use this short relaxation to have a sense of lightness and positivity in the body and to celebrate what is great in this moment.  This short meditation can accompany my blog post, "How yoga is helping me with my back injury".

Only listen to this podcast when you can safely close your eyes and be relaxed. Practice laying down or sitting up or wherever you feel comfortable. Simply switch off, be present with your breath and my voice and allow your mind to practice being in the moment.
