November 2020 has commenced with Lockdown part 2 getting underway throughout England.  The fear that we were going to head back into a second lockdown as the inevitability of a second wave of coronavirus infection loomed, has become a reality. We may be feeling too wrapped up in ourselves and our own situations to even consider how difficult the lockdown may be for others. Just because we have 'been here before' does not guarantee it will be any easier. For many, the reality of knowing exactly what second lockdown has in store might make it harder to cope with than the first lockdown.
