Welcome to the Lost and Found Wellness Podcast. I've always felt that being lost was the problem. Everyone knows their why and their purpose. Everyone else has their shit figured out, but I'm not qualified enough. I'm not smart enough. I'm not fit enough. I'm not strong enough. I'm not worthy. These things made me feel behind and lost. Feeling lost is not the problem. It's a sign towards a new situation. A chance to get creative, to build resilience, and a chance to connect with yourself and the world around you. You are adaptable.
