Welcome to Lunch Break Leadership Episode 006, Motivating Others. In this episode we will put into action what we have covered so far. Specifically making a plan, and letting our to-do list work for us. As a leader the next step is to encourage and motivate others to use the tools you provide for them, and the skills they possess to accomplish the mission. Letâs get started!
Up to this point, we have covered what leadership is and why itâs important. We have discussed embracing your new role, and a few tips on the transition. We covered making a solid plan of action including a back up plan. In the latest episode we talked about writing things down and using a to do list to organize everything coming your way. Now we will discuss combining all of those puzzle pieces and putting it into action. This episode is titled motivating others, because ultimately itâs your encouragement, influence and direction that will enable your team to succeed. Â
Enjoy this Episode!
Until next time, I encourage you to keep learning and sharpening your leadership skills to be better tomorrow than you were today! As always, Thank you for listening to Lunch Break Leadership!
