Casey Trujillo, also known as CaseFaace, is someone I’ve known for a long time and he is such an inspiration—he has an incredible light + sparkle in this world. We talk all about his experiences in the drag community, giving yourself permission to explore the creative parts of yourself, and tapping into your inner child. This is a conversation that will broaden your perspective and fill you with creativity and inspiration!
CaseFaace, aka Casey F Trujillo, is a visual artist & performer residing in San Francisco, California. As a child growing up in rural Minnesota, he was very passionate about creative expression, performing in a variety of outlets such as scripted theatre, music, and competitive speech. This passion followed him to the University of Minnesota where he graduated with a degree in Theatre Arts & Communication Studies. This is when he discovered the art of drag. He then moved to San Francisco and began to perform under multiple drag personas such as Cassidy LeBlanc, Free Willy, Margalda, and CaseFaace. This led him to discover the healing, spiritual, and transformative potential of makeup, performance art, and creative expression. Today, Casey explores his highly expressive personality not only through drag, but also body painting, theatre, and other creative outlets.
