And until there is deeper education into helping people navigate their emotions, understand that their mind is a protective mechanism, and their egos are the ones causing the REAL stress...Leading a successful mental health strategy and empowering people to explore/heal/expand their inner-worlds as part of being employed with a company, it will remain "lip service." It will be an "okay program."
