Antonia Balazs is a yoga teacher on and off the mat for women in midlife. She was in her mid-forties when her body started changing. She knew she needed to keep her body humming and when she found yoga, it had such an impact, that she went on to become a yoga teacher at fifty. Through the ancient wisdom of yoga, updated for the modern woman, and using a sense of playfulness and joy, Antonia helps guide women in midlife to find confidence and clarity - in their body, their purpose and their life.
