Today’s exercise won’t be for everyone.  In this episode I’ll be doing an exercise created by the great sage and Jesuit priest, Anthony de Mello.  In this exercise you visualize your death. It’s not an exercise in making you afraid. It’s actually an exercise in helping you to live.  Helping you to shed your false identity so that you can birth your soul.

Immediately after the visualization we will flow into a 5 minute meditation
