Ever had one of those days where everything that could go wrong, does? Well, that was Lauren's trip to Oxford in a nutshell. From dealing with a clueless technician to discovering her room had nothing but conditioner in the shower, the stream of mishaps was endless. And yet, amidst the chaos, hilarity ensued. 

Switching gears, we also tackle a troubling issue that's been making the rounds - the shocking allegations against the so-called 'Goon Squad'. This group of six Rankin County deputies allegedly assaulted two African American men in Braxton, Mississippi, leading us to question the role of those who are supposed to protect us. We navigate these difficult waters, exploring the implications such incidents have on the communities they affect. Sometimes what happens in a small town isn't all that great.

In the midst of all this, we also share a heartwarming love story that began with a simple Facebook message and blossomed into Lauren's beautiful family of four. From a surprise beach proposal to an impromptu wedding, we walk you through our journey of love and laughter. Then we hear about how a chance work encounter led Ashley and her husband to meet and start dating and eventually become the adorable family of three they are today. We also delve into the world of surgery preparation and hospital experiences, discussing everything from the food to the gowns. This episode is a roller coaster - strap in and enjoy the ride!
