Gosh it is soooo good to be back. I've missed you. Today I'm thrilled to announce the launch of season 3 of the podcast with a brand new name. The Mind Your Fitness Podcast is in full swing and I can't wait to embark on this journey together. It's amazing what a few months away can do. My energy, my passion and excitement to serve and grow this community is bigger than ever.
