Today’s guest is Karen Lee, otherwise known as The Sensitive Foodie. Karen is a trained intensive care nurse and a nutritionist who strongly believes that good nutrition is the key to health and in this podcast, she talks to us about how she uses a whole food plant-based diet to manage a variety of health challenges, including her own multiple sclerosis.
