There's a schedule results needed to be reached and both client and coach will come out the blocks super fast, then eventually it'll stop being exciting and new.

The client is in danger zone where they could really easily just give up. It's also a time where the communication between coach and client might break down, check ins might happen less often and information doesn't flow as freely.
