1.  Routine for motivation is LIFE CHANGING

- Putting your WHY as your morning alarm. It may look very different than your best friend's why! Don't compare the two my friend, you are UNIQUE!

- Reading some inspirational words first thing in the morning. 

- Journal affirmations, gratitude, and your emotions

2. Accountability - Motivation does NOT have to be manifested internally. Surround yourself with people who will help keep you going forward.

3. Fail forward - The most successful people are the ones standing on TOP of a pile of failures.
