I know that having an unhealthy relationship with food, no matter to which extreme, can be so mentally and physically draining. I'm here to give you a little insight on what I went through & also let you know that it can and will get better <3
Creating and balancing a social life can sometimes be tough for sure! Dealing with your social battery, making new friends, & getting out of your comfort zone can all be overwhelming, but also so rewarding!
