I am sick of being the victim of the unknown of COVID-19, so I created a challenge for myself to find greatness at the end of this season through GRIT. I have developed a series of habits to help me keep moving bravely and do something that NO ONE ELSE IS DOING. I want you to join me. Challenge starts April 1, 2020. 45 days of Grit to find Greatness. Let's fucking go.

#45GRIT is a mental resilience challenge that takes grit and consistency to generate confidence and momentum in 45 days. It's only requirement is that you plan each day out the night before to remove reliance on willpower and emotional decision-making. This simple practice places the power back in our own hands building integrity and trust with ourselves.
