As I started to live life as an adult, I realized that I had been taught some pretty useless (to me) things in school. I found myself feeling ill-equipped to manage my own self, move through setbacks and adapt to changes. My journey to filling the knowledge gaps began when I lost my mother to breast cancer in 2017 and I realized that MOST of my educational career had been a means to an end, even grad school. I have heard that "When you know better, you do better", but what if you are stuck in the in-between. There hang time between knowing and doing and that is where most of us get stuck. This podcast is dedicated to filling that gap with tools, tips and story-telling in less than 20 minutes an episode so you can start to take imperfect action and start Moving Bravely.
